Managing Users

As an administrator, you control who has access to your ToldUntold organization.

Adding Users

Navigate to Settings → Users → Invite. Enter email addresses and assign roles.

User Roles

  • Admin: Full access to all features and settings
  • Creator: Can create and publish content
  • Viewer: Can view and learn from content

Managing Teams

Organize users into teams for easier content distribution and analytics.

Deactivating Users

When someone leaves, deactivate their account to maintain security while preserving their content history.
