✨ New Features

• SCORM courses — admins can import SCORM packages with a preview step in Programs V2, and learners can play SCORM slides with progress tracking end-to-end.
• Guidance rails on Home — Home sections driven by Objectives now route through a dedicated guidance endpoint. Admins get a real preview of how rails will look (including rails for objectives a user isn't eligible for), and newly added home sections jump to the top of the list for easier ordering.
• Objective audience scope — user-level targeting — admins can now target objectives at the individual user level, on top of existing group scopes, with a summary of who the section will reach shown right in the "Add section" dialog.
• @-mentions in Visual Merchandising — @-mentions are now available in POS review submission conversations and on photo annotations, with their own notification. Admins also get @-mentions across their POS review comment surfaces.
• Exclude episode from statistics — new admin toggle on episode settings to skip an episode from analytics, trends and rewards (useful for test/demo content).
• Video adaptation for non-9:16 sources — a new per-file transform panel lets admins set crop mode, crop offset, background, rotate and flip on episode videos; the encoder pipeline now forwards these parameters end-to-end.

🔧 Improvements

• VM photo deletion — photos can now be deleted regardless of submission status, and the delete button is always visible on POS review submission photos.
• Translate / Cast — orphan profiles default to an en-US master language, and missing model settings are backfilled automatically so the translation UI no longer blocks on incomplete data.

🐛 Fixes

• Product navigation — product page now reloads its data when navigating between two products (previously kept showing the previous product's content).
• China auth — auth token lookups and deletes are routed to the write database connection, and auth cookies are properly scoped per environment with shared refresh across apps. Users in China should no longer be bounced back to the login screen.
• VM mentionables — blocked a cross-brand probe in the mentionables lookup and filtered stale assignees out of the suggestions.
